How to Obtain A Foreign Credential Evaluation

  • 1.

    Collect Your Educational Information
    Before you start, please gather the following:

    • Your Contact Information: First and last name, current address, phone number, and email address

    • Your Personal Information: Date of birth, country of birth, and preferred language

    • Purpose of the Evaluation: Why you need the evaluation (for example: school admission, work, or immigration)

    • Non-U.S. Education: Names and locations (countries) of all non-U.S. schools you want us to evaluate. Include:

      • Dates you attended

      • Names of your academic programs

      • Any diplomas, certificates, or degrees you received

  • 2.

    Check If Your School or Agency Will Accept Our Report

    • Arizona International Credential Evaluators (AZICE) is a proud Endorsed Member of the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE). If the institution, employer, or agency you are applying to accepts reports from AICE member organizations, they will accept our evaluation.
      • You must confirm their requirements before applying.
  • 3.

    Use Our Quick Evaluation Selection Tool and Apply Online

    • Use our quick Evaluation Selection Tool to choose the right type of evaluation for your needs. Then, complete your application online
  • 4.

    We Will Guide You Through the Next Steps

    • After we review your application, someone from our evaluation team will contact you. We will explain which documents you need to send.
  • 5.

    Send the Required Documents

    • Start contacting your schools right away to request your records. In most cases, the institution must provide the information directly to us. After we let you know which documents we require, request them immediately to avoid delays.
  • 6.

    Receive Your Evaluation Report

    • Once we receive all required documents, most evaluations are completed in 15 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, or office closures.
